County, has prepared to take legal action against Miley Cyrus for portraying herself as an Asian by slanting her eyes along with her friends in a group photograph. Lucie claims that she represents more than one million Asian Pacific Islanders and she sought damages for a civil rights violation on behalf of these Asian Pacific Islanders.
